I just got an email with the subject, and I quote, "$first_name - Here's The Information You Requested".

Now, if they can't even get their mail merge to work properly so they can pretend to actually know my name, why do they think I would be interested in their amazing breast enlargement technology?

But the not so funny thing is, there is someone out there that WILL open something like that!
