Who woulda thunk it, but after years of using Internet Explorer and Outlook Express, the last few days I have been using Mozilla Firefox v0.8 as my web browser and Mozilla Thunderbird as my email client, and I lke both of them a heck of a lot. The browser has a tabbed interface, and seems to load pages much more quckly, has a built in pop-up blocker, and is designed to allow any kind of extension that any developer can dream up. The email client has a built in baysian filter for spam, and also allows for custom extensions as well. As a matter of fact, I am posting this journal entry using the Deepest Sender extension running right inside the web browser. I gotta tell ya, this is mighty nice stuff. You should check it out
