WARNING: For those of you who are not parents, and/or who are baffled by scatalogical parental pride, stop reading now. Really. Just go read today's Sluggy Freelance or something.
So apparently Ben had a Very Big Day at Disney World on Wendesday. I wasn't there to see it, but on Wednesday afternoon Ben pooped in the toilet for the very first time. He has had increasingly consistent success with urinating in the toilet and staying dry for much of the day, but this is the very first time he has actually defecated in the toilet. He and Sara had just finished riding the Tomorrowland Transit Authority and were walking from Tomorrowland back over to Fantasyland when he started doing that leg-crossing thing, so Sara took him to the nearest restroom. Needless to say she was quite literally floored when he proceeded to do his business. Yay! We're still a very long way from getting rid of diapers, but at least after nearly ten years there appears to be a light at the end of the tunnel.
