So, several months ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. They started my on synthroid, 25mg per day, and had me test again after a month. Then they increased me to 50mg per day, and had me test again after a month. Now they have me up to 75mg per day. I don't know if that's a lot, or not much, I haven't seen the doctor face to face in months. Honestly, I am pretty confused about the whole thing. I feel absolutely no difference from taking the medication. I think I am going to call the doctor's office on Monday and schedule an appointment for the end of the month, so that the next time I get blood results back I can actually talk to the doctor and get more information. Bleh.

Oh, and as a complete non-sequitor: today is Free Comic Book Day. Get thee to a comic shop and get some free stuff. While you are there, pick up anything from The Walking Dead. It's really good.

I've never had any symptoms that I could notice, but every now and then my doctor tweaks my dosage, based on my blood test. FWIW, I'm currently on a combination of Cytomel (5MCG) and Levothyroxine (100MCG).
