Running total of the number of time Ben has ridden Snow White's Scary Adventures, as of 4/2/08:

Unfortunately, during the visit to the park on Wednesday Ben lost his iPod. He and Sara had been there for several hours, and when he came off of Snow White he was holding his headphones but the iPod was no longer attached to them and he was frantically looking for it. All of the cast members in the area helped look, and all of the mine carts were checked, but it didn't turn up. Sara went through the ride again watching the floor the entire way, but there was no sign there either. Ben was understandably very upset. He refused to leave Snow White for a long time, and he started lashing out at strangers. The folks at City Hall were kind enough to put him and Sara in the quiet room (actually the same room where he had the meet & greet a few weeks ago), and after about two hours he finally calmed down enough to leave. The iPod was not turned in to lost and found that night, and it did not turn up in the ride inspection after hours. We have checked back each morning to see if it has shown up, but so far nothing. It also had a tag on it from StuffBak, but so far nobody has called that number either to turn it in. At this point it seems pretty likely that it is lost for good. Ben currently has my iPod. Sara and I will have to discuss tomorrow what to do going forward. A sad ending to a very long day.
