My nephew is here for two weeks for a visit. He actually arrived last Monday evening, and on several evenings I have taken him to one theme park or another for a few hours. This week, however, I have taken off from work. Yesterday I spent the day with him at the Magic Kingdom, and the day went something like this:

Swiss Family Robinson tree house
Pirates of the Caribbean
- early lunch -
Enchanted Tiki Room
Jungle Cruise
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
- afternoon thunder storm, ironically enough stayed perfectly dry in the line for Splash Mountain -
Splash Mountain
Walt Disney World Railroad
Carousel of Progress
Stitch's Great Escape
Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor Comedy Club
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
It's a Small World
The Hall of Presidents
Space Mountain
Pirates of the Caribbean (again)
Jungle Cruise (again, after dark, very cool)
Wishes fireworks show

I couldn't take him to the Haunted Mansion because it is closed for rehab. We did most of the Fantasyland rides on Saturday with Ben. The only major attractions I can think of that we missed were Peter Pan's Flight (not worth a 90 minute wait), Tom Sawyer Island (didn't make it there before the rainstorm, never made it back there afterwards), the Country Bear Jamboree (still have never seen it, oh well), Dumbo/Magic Carpets/Astro Orbiter (same exact ride in three different places in the Magic Kingdom with different skins, didn't make it on any of them), and the Teacup ride. My nephew had a great time, and loved every bit of it.

The original plan today was to go to the Animal Kingdom, but after such a long day yesterday I think we will be getting a late start so I think I am going to take him to Gatorland instead.
