I put the finishing touches on Kris' desk last night.
The speakers are now wall mounted, and all of the speaker and monitor cables are neatly bundled. Beneath the desk there is a surge protector / powerstrip mounted to the underside of the desk, and velcro straps for neatly routing the cables. I also built a CPU stand for her computer to sit on so it is up off the floor. The only outstanding work item is to replace her keyboard and mouse with wireless versions. I am considering actually going bluetooth with those, since that has a better range and does not require line-of-sight like IR wireless versions. I have to say, that entire quadrant of the office looks very, very nice. I am eager to finish the rest of the work in here.
