A Very Merry Christmas to all of our firends and family.
So, Kris and I went to see Dreamgirls this afternoon. Great, great movie. And I'll tell you what, Jennifer Hudson absolutely steals the movie. Now granted, I am not generally in the target audience for her fan base, but I was absolutely amazed that some American Idol also-ran could so fully and completely steal the limelight from Beyonce Knowles. I also have to admit, we felt extremely *white* sitting in the movie theater. It was the full-on gospel shout at the screen and clap along experience, which only enhanced the film. This is a great movie, and highly recommended to anyone - even if you are as terminally pasty white as I am.
