Actually what with the wedding and all I didn't weigh myself at all last week, so it's two pounds I have lost in two weeks. Given that I haven't been skating or worked out at all in the past ten days, I am genuinely pleased and surprised. I had expected a best case of staying level, and much more likely expected to have gained back a little weight. So it pleases me greatly that since we got back from our honeymoon and I started weighing myself again, my evening weight has been under 260 (which it never has been before). Averaging a pound and a half per week seems painfully slow, but the simple truth is that time is going to pass no matter what. At the rate I am going, I should hit my target body fat percentage before the end of the year. And that's pretty damn cool.
