No real surprise at this week's results. The last time I broke a sweat was Wednesday morning, and then I spent most of Wednesday through Friday dealing with my mom and the hospital. We didn't even go for our usual weekend ride/skate on the trail. I am reasonably sure that my hotel in Seattle will have a weight room, so although I won't be able to do any skating this week at least I will be able to get in several workouts. So that's cool. I am genuinely surprised that I didn't actually *gain* weight this week. Life is good.
