Weekly Change: -1.2
Change from Baseline: -29.8
Overall Average Weekly Change: -1.66

One of the things that has always bugged me about how I am tracking is the arbitrary nature of just taking my Monday morning weight.  Given how much weight can very on a day-to-day basis, just using a single snapshot weight can give an inaccurate picture.  I have taken the advice I found online, and switched to using a ten day moving average, which by its very nature levels out those daily fluctuations and gives a truer picture.  So basically my average weight as of today is down 1.2 lbs from my average weight last week, and the general trend continues to look good.
