(Personal tracking, semi-public to keep me honest)
Current Weight: 242
Weekly Change: -2.5
Change from Baseline: -32
Overall Average Weekly Change: -1.9
I think I am nearing the end of this tracking. I have always known that at a certain point weight would become a bad metric, and I believe I am rapidly approaching that point. I am just about the size I want to be, and I will be curious to see what my body fat percentage is. I will continue to track this week and next week, and then the following week I am in Seattle. I will schedule a doctor's appointment for early October and have a new fitness test and get my body fat percentage. If I have hit my target 15% range then I will call an end to my obsessive twice-a-day weighing and charting regimen. I don't intend to change my routine or my diet any, since I am very happy with them, but in five months I have pretty much achieved what I set out to do. I am now almost sixty pounds off my peak weight, I have taken four inches off of my belt size, and (most importantly) I just feel healthy in my body. So that's pretty cool.
