Overall Average Weekly Change: -1.8

That's a solid number this time, as opposed to the 244 of two weeks ago.  It is consistent with my morning weights in the last few days, and my evening weight has also been consistent.  Of course, I have also skated 44 miles in the past three days (ten miles on Friday, twenty miles on Saturday, and fourteen miles on Sunday).  I expect this week to be more of a stabilizing week.
