So first off, this week is not really the disaster that at first glance it would appear to be.  Yeah, I'm kind of disappointed that I didn't keep the massive lost from last week (who wouldn't want a quick, easy drop like that?).  But last Monday's number was a real anomaly.  The day before and the day after were both 249, and only that one day had the drop down to 244.  So realistically my two-week loss is three pounds, which fits comfortably into my rate of 1.5 - 2 pounds per week.  It's all good.

Weight is my daily battle.
I have a theory. I am only 5'2". Added together, don't make double digits! So I never allow myself to get into double digit size ever again.
