I don't even know what to say at this one.  Seven pounds in the past week just seems like too much too fast.  Part of it, I am sure, is that I weighed in later than usual having gone skating *after* sending Ben to school instead of before.  Still and all, it's not like I did anything unhealthy or different this week.  I am not working out or skating to excess, I am keeping myself well hydrated and I am eating normally.  My metabolism just seems to have kicked into high gear just in the past three or four days.  Wild.

First off, Huzzah!

Secondly, 7 pounds every week would be concerning... 7 pounds in one week could be a lot of things and nothing to worry about. :) Just like there are weeks where you do everything right and you don't lose anything.
