All right! Keep it up. Losing weight is hard, trust me, I know.
Once upon a time, in a land not that far away, I weighed about double what I do now. You will feel so much better and just be happier all the way around.

I am on the "eat less crap, drink more water, get more excersise" plan. Thus far it has been working out pretty well for me. I do not have any particular target weight, just because at some point weight becomes a bad metric to use. I am more interested in a target body fat percentage and target body type. I am also not in any particular hurry to arrive at that destination. I figure I've been overweight for several years, and several more years are going to come along whether I lose weight or not. Generally I like it if I have lost around 1.5 - 2 pounds in a week. That seems like a nice, healthy pace to me. Any faster and I would be afraid of the slingshot effect. I ain't doing this to fit into a swimsuit for the beach, I am doing this because (as I told Walker Pitman) I'm tired of being a fat bastard. I hope someday to just be a bastard.
