Curse of Fatal Death

So, Kris has never seen an episode of Dr. Who.  Sure, I could start her of with a high quality episode -- maybe something from the Key to Time sequence, or a good Dalek storyline, but what I would really love to show her is The Curse of Fatal Death.  Unfortunately it seems to be out of print on VHS, never released on DVD that I can find, and I can't seem to track down a streaming copy.

Can anybody out there hook me up?
