I just want to go on record as saying it's probably a good thing Kris isn't here yet to experience my cooking. Apparently the Thanksgiving turkey was a fluke. I mean seriously, how can you possibly screw up baked macaroni and cheese?

I refuse to be beaten by a damned Béchamel. I know what I did wrong, and dammit I am going to have my baked mac and cheese tonight if it kills me. I'm off to the store for more sharp cheddar and milk.
