I saw The Eye the other night with Kris, and can definitely highly recommend this movie. Cut from the same cloth as Ring, this is an Asian horror film that is all about atmosphere. The lead actress is perfect in the role of Mun, the recipient of a cornea transplant who begins to see far more than she really wants to. The movie has several outstanding creepy moments, and although the big ending does not pack quite the same punch that Ring did, it certainly delivers. Really the movie is an odd blending of The Sixth Sense and Final Destination.
Anyway, it's showing for $3 down at the Crest. Check it out.
