treebyleaf, dj_retcon and icebluenothing are some of the niftiest people on the planet. Had dinner at their place tonight, and they plied me with birthday presents -- a set of über-cool toy figures of Freddy, Jason and Leatherface, and a signed numbered hardcover edition of Bill Sienkiewicz' Stray Toasters. Yay! And they brought me back a spiffy monorail toy from Disneyland. Yay! Best of all, they liked Kris. Woo Hoo!
