My Son Ate My Cell Phone

Well OK, he didn't eat the whole phone, but he chewed up the antenna enough to render the phone useless. I got a new phone yesterday, but although I am keeping the same number I am being moved to the newer GSM network. They said it could take up to 24 hours for my new phone to activate (and of course my old phone was de-activated immediately), and thus far it has been 22 hours. Needless to say, I still have no phone.
