...and they are monitoring her closely to make sure she doesn't have a hole in her stomach.
So, that didn't work out so well. It appears that she does, indeed, have a hole in her stomach and the surgeon is going to need to go back in to patch it up. We'll know for sure tomorrow morning when he makes the judgment call. Needless to say, mom is pretty darn uncomfortable right now. Hopefully if it turns out to me necessary to do the second surgery, then that will take care of the issue and she will be back on the road to recovery.
