Marathon

Well, I finally actually crossed the finish line for an inline marathon. Last year I attempted the full marathon, and wound up falling behind the minimum pacing and getting picked up and driven the last five miles. This year I only did the half marathon, which I finished in 1:17. That's a pace of a little better than six minutes per mile. Theoretically at that pace I could have completed the full marathon, but the truth is I would not have had the stamina to keep it up for another thirteen miles. All in all I am very happy with how it went. And I have to say, it is mighty dang cool to skate past the Tower of Terror and Spaceship Earth.
