It's official, as of August 1st my new address will be:
8809 Dunes Court
Apt. # 203
Kissimmee, FL 34747
Here's a map:

If you aren't familiar with Walt Disney World, looking at that map where it shows the World Showcase Lagoon -- that's Epcot. Disney/MGM is directly adjacent to there. That entire darker tan area is the WDW property. The lower left hand corner of the property is where the Animal Kingdom is, less than 3 miles straight line from my apartment. The Magic Kingdom is furthest away, up in the north end of the property near Bay Lake.
My complex sits off of Hwy 192, which is the dividing line between Orange and Osceola counties. From World Drive and eastward on 192, the highway is much like Seattle's 99 -- traffic lights every hundred yards or so, and traffic crawls. But from World Drive and westward, the traffic lights are spaced a mile or more apart and traffic flows quickly. Basically the property to the west of WDW remains a more rural feel, whereas all of the major development has happened to the east along International Drive. My apartment complex is set back from the highway with a pair of artificial lakes as a buffer. For my needs, this place is really the best of all possible worlds.
I will be living in a 3 bedroom apartment, and I will maintain a supply of extra beds and bedding. Visitors are heartily encouraged.
