When Right is Wrong

My kitchen light switch is on the right hand side as you walk in the room. I've been in this apartment for going on three months now, and I still instinctively reach out with my left hand to turn on the kitchen light. I don't know what's more annoying -- the fact that it was obviously designed wrong (it's not just me, I have consistently watched visitors do the exact same thing), or the fact that after three months I still haven't adjusted for it.
