Still waiting on a phone call from the mortgage lender to talk through our options. My gut feeling is that the house we saw yesterday is going to be too much. It sucks, and if it's at all possible to make it happen then I will, but I don't want to put us upside-down just because we fell in love with the first place we walked through.
This will happen. It will happen in a way that makes sense. If we need to go into a condo for a few years, then that's what we will do. I just found a listing for a 5 bed / 2.5 bath house in Winter Garden for $165k. Obviously at that price there is something wrong with it, but I have the agent checking it out to tell us what the deal is. She will also be sending info on some other properties for us to look at. I like her quite a bit. I have no idea which one of these will be right. But one of them will be.
