Let me expand on my previous post:
Assholes who allow their car alarm to go off no less than five times such that it runs more or less continuously from 1am to 2:30am should have their balls placed in a meat grinder, and everybody who was kept awake gets to take turns cranking the handle.
As a side note, although my car came with an alarm pre-installed it is set so that if the alarm does go off it will turn itself off after two minutes.
